Shareable analytics

Create a vertical share card from your own results

The best analytics card makes one real result easy to understand. It should be interesting enough to share without exaggerating what the data proves.

Choose one defensible metric

Use a number directly supported by your export: total impressions, engagement rate under a stated formula, or your highest-impression imported post. One strong metric is easier to read than a crowded dashboard screenshot.

Add context

Show the measurement period or the number of analyzed posts when it helps the reader interpret the result. A number without context can accidentally imply more than it means.

Design for a phone screen

A 9:16 layout works well for modern social feeds and stories. Use a large hero number, short supporting copy, high contrast, and enough empty space to keep the card readable on a small display.

Brand without hiding the result

A small “Powered by Onyx” mark and a useful public share link can create product discovery. Branding should not obscure the user’s metric or make the graphic look like a disguised advertisement.
