Onyx Metrics beta terms

Beta service

Onyx Metrics is currently offered as a developing beta product. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the product is tested and improved.

Your data

You are responsible for having the right to upload and use the data you provide to Onyx. Do not upload credentials, private third-party data you are not authorized to use, or unlawful content.

Analytics limitations

Onyx provides analytical tools and derived metrics, not guaranteed business outcomes. Performance summaries, engagement calculations, and growth measurements should be interpreted in context.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to bypass access controls, impersonate others, distribute malware, conduct unlawful surveillance, manufacture deceptive endorsements, or violate applicable platform rules.

Availability and liability

The beta is provided on an as-available basis while reliability is being validated. Users should keep independent copies of important source data and should not rely on the beta as the sole system of record for critical information.

Future paid plans

If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before a user is charged. The current beta page does not itself create a paid subscription.
