Billing, cancellation, and refund policy

Current beta

Paid Onyx subscriptions are not currently enabled in the product. The current beta does not require a paid subscription.

Before paid billing is enabled

Onyx will show the plan price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation path, and applicable refund terms before a customer is charged. The live billing switch will remain off until the complete checkout, webhook, entitlement, invoice, and customer-portal flow is verified end to end.

Cancellation and billing support

When subscriptions are enabled, customers will be able to manage payment details and cancellation through the billing portal. Billing questions, duplicate-charge reports, and refund requests can be sent to support@onyxmetrics.tech. Any final refund eligibility will be presented before paid launch and will comply with applicable law.
